| After 25 years of successful legal practice, in 2004 Siegfried Brugger, along with his long-time professional associate Christoph Perathoner, LL.M. (Eur. Law), decided to establish a new law firm. The firm specialises in private, commercial and economic law in Italy and abroad. It also operates in the fields of European and administrative law, including public contract law, and for years has been working successfully in arbitration in Italy and the international scenario. |
| The firm’s attorneys speak Italian, German, English and Ladin and are authorised to practice in all Italian and European Union courts. Both partners are members of the arbitration board of the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano and Siegfried Brugger is also a registered member of the Vienna bar association. |
The firm is located on Via dei Cappuccini (Kapuzinergasse), No. 5 in Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol, very close to the cathedral of Bolzano, the city theatre and the university. Parking is available on Via dei Cappuccini (Kapuzinergasse) and in Piazza Walter (Walterplatz).
For the Ladin valleys, a special office was opened in 2007 in Val Gardena, on Str. Gherdëina No. 55 in Santa Cristina, while the Rome office is located on Viale Giulio Cesare No. 95.
